Medical Weight Loss Membership

Lose 19-40% body weight using FDA approved semaglutide or tirzepatide. These injectable medications bind to GLP-1 hormone receptors on the stomach and small intestine to slow down digestion, helping you feel full longer and promoting weight loss.  Obesity is a disease and we now have a definitive life-changing treatment!

For $75 dollars a month you get access to steeply discounted prices on semaglutide and tirzepatide shipped to your door.  You also have the option for follow up visits virtually--no need to come to the clinic every month!

Dr. Phillips is passionate about making GLP-1 medications affordable and accessible to all who need them which is why she is providing rock bottom discounts on compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide for her weight loss members.  We partner with an FDA-approved and inspected compounding pharmacy to deliver the highest quality product to our members.

How does it work?  You pay $75 dollars a month for your weight loss membership.  Then, you pay for and order a vial of medication that you keep at home in your fridge to give yourself the shot every month.  You check in with the doctor monthly and also have access to her cell phone number for any issues that arise.

Not sure this medicine is right for you?  You can pay $95 dollars for a one time assessment which includes your first dose of medication so you can just try it and see how you feel on it before committing to any longer term commitments.  If you decide to sign up for the membership then that $95 dollars covers your first month of membership (no need to pay the $75 fee that first month)!

Costs for semaglutide in addition to your membership fee range from $25 dollars a month for the lower doses to $225 dollars a month for the highest dose of semaglutide.  For example, if you order a vial of medication your cost to take the medication weekly at the highest dose of semaglutide is only 225 dollars a month.  Some patients even lose weight on the lower doses so your out of pocket cost could be even less.  Tirzepatide costs anywhere from $100-$660 dollars a month.

Do you have commercial insurance?  Dr. Phillips can also help you navigate insurance and get approval for the medication using your insurance.  While the higher doses of tirzepatide are very expensive, if you have commercial insurance she can help you navigate and use manufacturer savings cards to get the lowest price possible.

Once you order a vial of medication you have to commit to at least 90 days on the program but you can cancel anytime.  No long term commitments are required.

Don't want to take GLP-1 injections?  Dr. Phillips is an experienced clinician in the treatment of obesity and offers several alternatives to GLP-1 for promoting weight loss and treating this disease.

- Lipo-B12 Injection - Methylcobalamin is an active form of Vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 helps to utilize fats and carbohydrates for energy and make new proteins. Vitamin B12 is important in the maintenance
of our metabolism, blood cells, and nerve function. Most people get enough vitamin B12 in their diet, but some need supplementation. Certain health conditions such as intestinal or stomach problems, poor nutrition, cancer, HIV, pregnancy, old age, veganism, and alcoholism can cause vitamin B12 deficiency. Low levels of vitamin B12 can lead to fatigue and anemia in milder cases. More serous B12 deficiencies have the potential to impair heart and neurological function, leading to a wide range of serous symptoms, including but not limited to tinnitus, severe joint pain, memory problems, depression, anxiety, poor muscle function, ataxia, and changes in reflexes. Infertility can also occur in
individuals with insufficient B12. Early intervention and treatment of B12 deficiencies are key to maintaining healthy bodily function.
