Front Porch Family Medicine has partnered with Emmanuel University to provide a sports physical and urgent care services to students. Under the current plan, all active EU students have two free urgent care visits with our practice, as well as one free sports physical. Students and Parents also have the option to purchase a CAMPUS DPC membership at the discounted price of $55 dollars a month. With this membership you get full access to clinic services, discounts, and Dr. Phillip's cell number just like a full member in the practice!

What is CAMPUS DPC?
This is a membership that every student has the option to purchase with Front Porch Family Medicine. Students who choose not to purchase a campus DPC membership cannot text Dr. Phillips directly and cannot be seen after normal business hours. With the Campus DPC membership students have full access to discounted medications, labs, services, and the doctors cell number for weekends and after hours. Parents have peace of mind as well knowing that if something happens they have a trusted medical professional taking care of their student.
